Sherwood Home Improvements & Roofing Ltd is a small, family-run business based in Edwinstowe. The owner has been roofing since his teens and now works alongside his two sons. The three of us are on every job — quoting it, doing it, finishing it.
Our story

Our founder picked up his first set of slates as a teenager and has been roofing ever since — nearly three decades across Nottinghamshire. What began as one man and a ladder has grown into a tight family business: father, two sons, one shared standard.
We've stayed small on purpose. The owners are physically on every job, from the first inspection through to the final clean-up. There's no office layer between you and the people doing the work — you talk to the people holding the lead and laying the tiles.
Most of our work comes through word-of-mouth across Edwinstowe, Mansfield, Sutton, Nottingham and the wider county. We'd like to keep it that way, which is why we still quote honestly, turn up when we say, and finish the job properly.
